How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12:00 JST ship the same day. Most areas receive them within 1–3 days; you can pick a delivery time window at checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide. A ¥330 handling fee applies to COD orders.
Is all your meat halal certified?
Yes. Every meat product is sourced from certified suppliers and the certificate is available on the product page.
What is the free delivery threshold?
Orders over ¥10,000 ship free to mainland Japan.
How do I return a damaged item?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the item and your order number. We will replace or refund it.
